ABP has appointed Cushman & Wakefield, Glenny and Savills as joint commercial agents on the £1.7 billion Royal Albert Dock development, a new international district in East London. The office space, from 1,300 to 333,000 sq. ft., is available on flexible terms, to accommodate a range of business at all stages of growth.
Set to be London’s newest business district, the ABP Royal Albert Dock comprises 4.7 million sq. ft. of mixed-use space and will combine 3.3 million sq. ft. of offices with 1.4 million sq. ft. of residential, retail and leisure elements, offering unique opportunities to global businesses and overseas property buyers.

The first commercial properties at the Royal Docks are set to open in March 2019.
